Your children eat salad?
Yes. They particularly like make-your-own salads. Who doesn't like a Salad Bar?
I will remind you that my first one HATES fruit and many other veggies; the second does not like cucumbers, sweet peppers, any type of melon or POISON onions; and Isabel and Gus? Well, they're too little to be picky yet. Don't be fooled! My kids have yet to get my gastronomical stamp of approval.
I am convinced all three of my older children would choose starvation over any sort of meal that involved salad as a main course. Give them a pat on the back for their mature palates.
Hey, mine eat salad too! Erin, thanks for sharing your meal plans. You always come up with such a nice variety for a weeks worth of meals!
My eldest - 10 - will order a meal salad on the rare occasion when we go out to eat! I'm always surprised.

Audrey eats salad. She'll eat all the veggie fixin's in it too, including raw purple onions. She loves it. I think it's weird for an 18-month old to eat salad, but whatever!
