Trashy Fiction

I finished Sophie Kinsella's newest book today. I picked it up from the library on Friday afternoon. I would have finished it sooner except, you know, the girls actually needed me to do stuff for them this weekend--wash clothes, cook, pay attention to them, etc. I fully realize that novels like Remember Me? are the adult equivalent of The Babysitters Club series, but I really can't help myself. Chick Lit is fun to read.

So I logged in to the Chatfield Public library website to see what "Remember Me?" is all about. It sounds interesting so I thought, "what the heck...I'm always up for chick lit" :) It's only available for local request only, so I thought the waiting list couldn't be that bad. I entered in my library number and pin, hit ENTER and...I'M NUMBER 29 ON THE LIST!!! Is the wait going to be worth it, Erin :)

Found your blog searching "Lutheran" under the mommy blogs. Anyway, I also love Sophie Kinsella. I have read all of the shopaholic series plus Undomestic Goddess. If beach novels would be the equivalent of junk food, then the Sophie Kinsella books would be like eating sugar straight out of the sugar bowl. I love every sentence.
God Bless Ya!
